Privacy Policy

Aseed connects doctors and pharmacies within their own medical complex — which means it handles sensitive data (prescriptions, patient names and phone numbers). This page explains plainly what we collect, how we use it, and who can see it. It's not dense legal text — we try to keep it clear.

What we collect

Your account details (name, email or phone used to log in), professional details (a doctor's specialty, a pharmacy's name), and the prescription data you enter (patient name, phone if provided, medications and dosages). We also collect limited technical data (an anonymous device fingerprint plus signup IP) for one purpose only: preventing free-trial abuse.

How we use your data

Only to run the service: storing and showing prescriptions between a doctor and their pharmacy, sending low-stock alerts and reports to the pharmacy by email, and powering features you actively choose to use (like a WhatsApp reminder link — it opens on your own device, we never send anything automatically without your tap). We never use your data for advertising and never sell it to any third party.

Who can see it

Every medical complex (a pharmacy and its doctors) is fully isolated from every other one in the system — a different pharmacy or doctor can never see your data. The platform team (responsible for running the service) has limited administrative access (activating/deactivating subscriptions) but doesn't see day-to-day prescription details unless helping you directly with a technical issue.

Where data is stored

Your data is stored with reputable global providers (Supabase for the database, Vercel for hosting), protected by strict row-level access control — so even in the event of an application bug, the database itself refuses to return one complex's data to a user from another.

Third parties we rely on

Supabase (database and login), Vercel (hosting), Resend (alert emails), Sentry (technical error tracking only, no patient data). Each serves one specific operational purpose — none of them get your data for marketing.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your account and all its data by contacting us directly. Doctors and pharmacists decide what patient data they enter — the platform is only a record-keeping and communication tool, it never makes the medical decision itself.
