Using Aseed means you agree to the following terms. We wrote them plainly because clarity matters more than legal complexity.
Aseed is a digital tool connecting a doctor to their pharmacy's complex, to make writing, dispensing, and tracking a prescription easier. It is a record-keeping and communication tool only — it does not provide medical advice, does not check drug interactions, and does not review dosage or prescription correctness. The medical decision is entirely the licensed doctor's responsibility, and the dispensing decision is the licensed pharmacist's.
Every pharmacy and doctor starts with a free 14-day trial, no card required. Continuing after the trial requires a paid subscription per the pricing shown on the site. Billing is currently coordinated directly with us (manual transfer/activation) until an automated payment gateway is connected.
You are responsible for the accuracy of any data you enter (patient name, medication, dosage). The platform only displays what you write — it does not correct or verify its medical content. Doctors and pharmacists must be officially licensed to practice in Iraq.
Aseed is a technology platform, not a healthcare provider. We are not liable for any medical decision or dosage/medication error resulting from data entered by a user. Our responsibility is limited to providing a tool that correctly and securely stores and displays that data.
The platform's code, design, and technical architecture are the exclusive property of Aseed. Copying the site or any part of it, reverse-engineering its internal workings, or using any automated tool (bot/scraper) to bulk-extract its data or content is prohibited without our explicit written permission. Any violation may result in legal action and the immediate suspension of any account involved.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend any account that misuses the platform (fake data, hacking attempts, repeated free-trial abuse).
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Any material change will be communicated clearly, never buried in fine print.
